About the lab

The goal of our lab is to develop tailored methods that harness high-throughput molecular datasets to make sense of molecular and cellular heterogeneity, towards defining emergent rules about the organising principles about these systems and offerring predictive capabilities to manipulate such systems.

Special interest in the lab lies in the molecular characterisation of cellular states of B cells in health and disease, basic principles of antibody development in vivo and as therapeutics, and the application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning approaches in these biological topics and more broadly in omics and systems biology problems.

Innovative approaches to analyse high-dimensional omics data

How do computational models of biological data learn the basic rules of cells and molecules? How can these be utilised in new ways of analysing cellular and molecular heterogeneity in nature?
