Computational Biology of Molecular Systems Laboratory

Our lab works on developing new computational methods to study and characterise molecular systems that play significant roles in immunity and cancer. We are based at the Research Department of Structural & Molecular Biology (SMB), Division of Biosciences at UCL.

We have historical and long-standing interests in B cell response in different biological contexts, as well as systematic analysis of antibody sequences. We also build on our expertise in these problems and explore other complex biological systems and data modalities:
